We will review common challenges in bioconjugation and show solutions to address those challenges. We will then have a demonstration of modeling solutions to optimize bioconjugate workflows.

Global Biopharma and Biotech Market Development Manager, METTLER TOLEDO

Dr. Tyler Gable is the Market Development Manager for Biopharmaceuticals at METTLER TOLEDO. Dr. Gable has led inline PAT development across upstream, harvest, downstream, and formulation workflows for biopharmaceutical bioprocessing. Dr. Gable has 5 years of GMP and QC/QA experience prior to his bioprocessing roles. Dr. Gable received his Ph.D. in Molecular Medicine, designing RNA blood diagnostics and RNA gene therapies applied to lung cancers.

Principal Consultant, Scale-up Suite

Jamie is a Principal Consultant providing training and support for customers of Scale-Up Suite (part of METTLER TOLEDO) for biologics applications. Jamie is based in the Scale-Up Suite’s head office in Dublin, Ireland, and has a chemical engineering background. He had positions in process development, pilot plant, and manufacturing technical transfer, applying Dynochem and CFD in both small molecule and biologics areas before joining METTLER TOLEDO.
