Analyzer 3000CS
Online meting van chloride en sulfaat.De 3000CS is een betrouwbare online analyser voor directe meting van chloriden en sulfaten in zuiver water en de cycluschemie in een elektriciteitscentrale. Dit instrument detecteert deze zeer corrosieve ionen om schade aan kritische componenten van de elektriciteitscentrale te voorkomen.
Directe detectie van chloride en sulfaat
De 3000CS biedt een methode voor directe, online detectie van corrosieve ionen zonder meetinvloeden van andere ionen of gemeenschappelijke additieven.
Snelle controle om corrosie te voorkomen
Meetcycli om de 45 minuten zorgen ervoor dat u snel kunt reageren op overschrijdingen van de chloride- en sulfaatniveaus, om het ontstaan van corrosieve omstandigheden te voorkomen.
Minder controle-inspanningen en lagere kosten

Veelzijdig voor kritische toepassingen
De 3000CS is ontworpen voor metingen in een reeks watertoepassingen in elektriciteitscentrales, waaronder bewaking van de stoomkwaliteit bij de turbine-inlaat, condensaatbewaking bij de condensaatpolisher, bewaking van het ketelvoedingswater en bewaking van de kwaliteit van het suppletiewater.

Deze online chloride- en sulfaatanalyser maakt gebruik van de M800 transmitter van METTLER TOLEDO met intuïtieve touchscreeninterface om de chemie van de cyclus gemakkelijk te controleren. Deze interface verschaft unieke informatie zoals trendlijnen voor elke meting.

De 3000CS heeft een analoge uitgang voor de registratie van de niveaus van chloride- en sulfaatverontreiniging in uw gegevensverwerkingssoftware. Dat helpt u om binnen de specificaties van uw turbinegarantie te blijven en om de oorzaken van verontreiniging te identificeren.
Duurzame behuizing voor een lange levensduur
Een volledige behuizing beschermt de reagenscontainers en componenten van de 3000CS tegen zware omgevingscondities, zodat metingen niet door invloeden van buitenaf worden verstoord. De 3000CS werkt bij een luchtvochtigheid van 10% tot 70% (niet-condenserend).
