pH-elektrode InPro4850i/SG/120
Voor zware alkalichlorideprocessen.De InPro 4850i/120 is een pH- en ORP-sensor met dubbel membraan voor metingen in processen met een stabiele natriumconcentratie. Deze sonde van 120 mm combineert nauwkeurige metingen met duurzaamheid voor zware omgevingen.
Voor gebruik bij de productie van chlooralkali
De InPro 4850i is speciaal ontworpen voor chlooralkaliprocessen. Deze gebruikt de natriumconcentratie in het proces (zoutoplossing) als referentie.
Ontworpen voor extreme omstandigheden
Deze pH-sensor heeft geen membraan en is daardoor ongevoelig voor chloor en andere oxiderende stoffen die tot defecten in andere pH- en ORP-elektroden kunnen leiden.
Geavanceerde digitale pH-sensor met ISM
De InPro 4850i heeft een digitaal ISM-signaal dat ongevoelig is voor interferentie en vervorming, en 100% signaalintegriteit en -stabiliteit garandeert.

Lange levensduur in chlooralkalitoepassingen
De InPro 4850i/120 heeft een natriumgevoelig glasmembraan dat de zoutoplossing van het chlooralkaliproces gebruikt als referentie. Het referentiesysteem heeft geen koppeling, waardoor de pH-sensor bestand is tegen oxidatie en langer meegaat.
Veelzijdige pH- en ORP-sensor
Deze gecombineerde pH- en ORP-sensor gebruikt een platinum oplossingsaarde en een afschermingssysteem dat het signaal stabiliseert en redoxmetingen mogelijk maakt. Bovendien garandeert het digitale signaal 100% signaalintegriteit voor een stabiele en nauwkeurige meting.
Diagnostiek voor minder onderhoud
De voorspellende diagnostiek met ISM van de InPro 4850i maakt de overstap mogelijk van tijdgebaseerd onderhoud naar predictief onderhoud. De sensor geeft duidelijk aan wanneer kalibratie en vervangingen nodig zijn zodat ongeplande downtime wordt beperkt.
