How do you perform weight control with x-ray?

Weight control with x-ray technology works by using x-ray beams to look within product packaging, generating detailed images of the contents. These images are analyzed to determine the product's mass based on the density and composition of the materials. By assessing the mass and fill levels, the x-ray system can estimate the item's weight, considering both the product and packaging materials.

Dynamic checkweighers are also widely used for weight control in manufacturing. These automatic systems precisely weigh each product as it moves along the production line and can detect small weight variations in items.

Both x-ray systems and checkweighers can be used to identify underfilled products in manufacturing. By implementing one or both of these technologies, manufacturers can enhance their quality control processes, leading to higher customer satisfaction and reduced waste.
